Vacation Rental Guests – 11/28/09
I cannot tell you just how wonderful the home was. Everything in the pictures does not come close to how beautiful it really is. You thought of everything and then some. The kids loved the pool and we even had a visit from the Sand Cranes. I wanted to let you know that I shall recommend this home for vacationing in Orlando to everyone I know.

Owners are wonderful couple to deal with. Got my security deposit back less then week later. Thank you to the owners. Very secure area, very nice, beautiful and quiet community. Had a great time. Celebrated 2 birthdays while we were here. We went to Disney World, Epcot, Disney Animal and Busch Gardens. We also went to Daytona Beach, Cocoa beach and a BBQ at a friends in Groveland. We need a vacation from our vacation.
Loved having a washer and dryer to keep up with all the weeks events. But my all time favorite was waking up and having coffee by the pool. Enjoyed your home and Florida!

On arrival house was beautiful. Gameroom and pool wonderful. We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. Our family had such a wonderful time we didn’t want to leave.
Only couple of downsides. Not enough wash cloths, dryer didn’t dry well, dishwasher didn’t was dishes well and didn’t have proper materials to clean grill. All in all our stay here was enjoyable and we had a wonderful time.

We were unfortunate with the weather over that time with heavy rainfalls and heat, bringing all sorts into the pool which can cause algae. We had to have another DE change in the filter – this would also account for the low pressure and reduced returns. The issue was resolved for our next guests.

This house is a perfect place to stay on vacation especially if you like your privacy and lots of space, which we had plenty of both. The location was great as it was a short driving distance to Disney and Universal. The rooms were spotless. Beds are very comfortable. Pool and hot tub are in fantastic shape. The house also had the little extras to keep the kids from getting bored. If fact our youngest who is 9 years old was angry about the fact that we had to leave. He wanted to stay longer.
I liked the fact that our 24 year old son, who is autistic also liked the place very much. He loved the pool table. He also had room to pace and unwind without bothering anyone else, this is something that he definitely can’t do at a hotel or motel. The owners and management company was very easy to work with, and very easy to get a hold of when I had questions that needed answered. We would definitely like to come back next year and possibly bring more family members with us to enjoy this beautiful vacation home. Also when comparing to what it cost to stay at Disney on a resort, this house was very reasonable.

We had a great week. The parks were crowded and it was blazing hot but it was nice to only visit them a couple of days out of the week here. The rest of our time was spent at your beautiful house.

Great Stay! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay. Quiet, private area close enough to attractions to be convenient. The south facing pool with grill and no backyard neighbors was fabulous! Owners and management were very accommodating and efficient. From age 67 to 1, we had a great time!
